Morning Merry Berry Smoothie
½ cup frozen mix berries
1 sliced banana (frozen is best)
5 tbl plain Kefir (or can use plain yoghurt)
3 tbl almond milk
2 tsp honey (optional)
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and serve chilled π
